The delegation offers a concentrated look at how AI, energy and data-driven operations are transforming the real estate industry in the world's leading proptech market.
This is the third proptech delegation to New York. Building on previous success, we meet research institutions, global technology companies, leading developers and investors to learn how buildings increasingly operate as digital platforms — where data, sensors and machine learning optimise everything from energy use to portfolio management.
The program (note: not yet confirmed) spans AI research at Columbia University, the energy and infrastructure systems behind Hudson Yards, net-zero buildings and startup environments at Cornell Tech and Bloomberg, AI-driven building operations at Google, and the owner's perspective from the world's largest sovereign wealth fund, NBIM.
We also bring investors, founders and real estate players together for an exclusive Proptech Venture Symposium at the Consulate General.
